The company has had multiple changes in senior leadership in the past five years and transitioned from a non-profit to a for profit entity in 2020. The company used to have an amazing work-life balance compared to other federal consulting firms, but with these recent organizational changes the culture is shifting. Long hours and more time on proposals (in addition to client support) is getting emphasized. I worry that what used to make LMI special and distinct from competitors (for their employees) is going to slip away. Soon they may be just like everyone else, demanding lots of overtime and burning out their staff.
