Pros
Not your typical call center / sales job (which is good) Supportive & friendly work environment. Really great training and continuing of help and resources especially if you don’t have a background in the automotive industry. Fast paced and busy so the day goes by fast. Hybrid schedule and work life balance. Not your typical cold calling sales job it’s the opposite so a very good step into sales if you had no prior experience. Helpful friendly management, coworkers, and various departments.
Cons
It is a call center so sometimes it can wear you down with the phone ringing off the hook. People (e commerce) can take their frustration out on you but it’s easy to move to the next call.
