      Pros

      Lincus is a good company to work for. Very close knit like a family. The staff and team members friendly and take pride in the industry they work. The company just transitioned to an ESOP and benefits are probably better than most comparable small energy efficiency companies.

      Cons

      The management structure is stratified and internal title promotions are ambiguous.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Lincus. Among the coworkers is a very cohesive comradery to approach the constantly evolving environment that presents new challenges on a regular basis.

      Cons

      As with many consulting firms, work can be highly variable depending on demand. It helps to have a "go-getter" mindset in order to succeed here.
