Pros

- Teams can be tight-knit due to the pressure of the job

Cons

- Micromanaging is constantly an issue - On-site 5 days a week with strict hours (not for the executives though, executives are remote whenever they'd like) - High turnover (25% turnover during my tenure -> approx. 10 people per year) - Even if you're promised otherwise, you WILL work overtime and may be forced to work overnight shifts - Senior management is not receptive to feedback - Pay does not match the hours or effort required - Senior management will gaslight you over every single issue - Bonuses won't be given if the company has a "rough year"

Pros

Working as an independent contractor is the pro for this company.

Cons

They feel like they own you if you accept work from them. They ask unreasonable "favors" from you and expect you to work for little to no compensation. Communication and expectations vary depending on the coordinator you get for the scope you accept, and some don't seem to even know what is going on at any given time. If you don't do whatever they ask of you, they will black ball you from getting anymore work.
