• Those that dare speak up are told things will change but then are covertly punished. Sneaky back-stabbing branch management
• Health insurance is terrible; Benefits are the worst I have ever experienced.
• If you are not branch management, prepare to be bullied.
The system they use makes no sense and is at best horrid. However this company cannot seem to get its act together.
• No real opportunity for growth.
• .The longer the person is there, the more they screw them over. When a great employee retired the company never offered even simple thanks.

• Upper management continues to avoid some real issue regarding a few employees who continue to harass and steal business from other employees. Managements answer to this issue has been to just ignore that person and continue focusing on your job duties even though this person has continued time after time to openly harass/stealing business from other employees.
• Is not an organization that encourages forward thinking individuals who want to bring this company into the 21st century. The management team at all levels is stuck in the “it’s always been done this way or it’s the LHC way and it works” rut that has placed this organization in jeopardy of losing its market place.
