      Cons

      Too many to count. Poor management, poor team morale, corporate does not care about employees or patients, they only care about putting money in their pockets. Corporate will come in and shut down your office putting you out of a job with absolutely no warning. Managers will tell you they are there for you and will help in whatever way they can, but when you need them you can never get in touch with anyone.

      Pros

      Autonomy, days go by quick, expectations are defined.

      Cons

      Unmanageable workload/cases. Expected to fulfill number of points per week. Charting beyond business hours every day. Start of care visits also included hands on care. One visit took 3 hours because of 8 wounds and that didn’t include documentation. Oasis is tedious and comprehensive. Territory was supposed to be 10 minutes from home; it was not. Sometimes 45 minutes between each case with 5-6 cases for the day. Totally unmanageable for a seasoned and organized nurse. I cannot imagine how it would be for a less experienced nurse. Overworked and overwhelmed my entire time. I learned a lot from training modules but then you’re out on your own to troubleshoot. Unless you’re willing to hustle every single day and are willing to chart during dinner time and then still take time to confirm next day’s appointments, stay away.
