I worked for Almost Family/Lhc in NorthEast. Management is aweful. I use the word management loosely. Many friends and relatives work under management (how ethical is that)So in other words certain people can get away with what they want and the others will be spoken to or written up. ( i wasn't spoken too, except when i pointed out , why are certain clinicians who aren't friends/family not being spoken wasn't about. For example , late documentaion(like 2 weeks worth but nothing was said to them) Anyway i glad im out. Still waiting for my exit interview so i can tell them what is going on. Of course I can prove everything i will say. Thats if Lhc is even interested.
