Pros
* Flexible working hours for parents * Not too much pressure over deadlines * Most of the office staff are friendly
Cons
* Lower wages than industry average * Far too many layers of 'management', that don't appear to add any value * Poor communication between depts * Very little support and guidance given * Very old fashioned company that takes a while to react to anything * Far too much red tape and pointless processes. I took a day off sick and HR advised a 'Back to work interview'
