      Some people are nice and the site is pretty

      Cons

      Very low salary Enormous amount of disrespect to anyone who isn't a scientist Little career progression Weak ineffective management High staff turn over Taking the initiative is discouraged I wouldnt advise anyone to work here in any capacity and am actively looking for new employment

      Pros

      Average pay for the area. Very good health benefits (low premium) and okay work life balance. Coworkers fairly chill with the one or two toxic person. Opportunities to cross train and learn new skills if that is your desire.

      Cons

      Workload uneven between shifts depending on shifting prioritizations on batches. Dead end, no route for career advancement. Cross training is a stopgap measure to cover for department personnel shortages.
