Pros
Good office, training opportunities, products as Xmas gifts
Cons
Unqualified and inexperienced managers seem to have gotten hired based on Korean ethnicity, some employees are very narrow minded and do not cooperate, old-fashioned fear-based, negative work environment with many unhappy employees who are always venting to each other, lot of back-biting and unprofessional behavior. Management have good vision but local teams don't seem motivated to achieve, so if you're enthusiastic but don't have your managers support, you'll be told to work on other unimportant tasks, very top down and doesn't care to unVery little diversity and inclusion or respect for Australian work culture. Feels like you're working in Asia - not a bad thing necessarily but it's a huge culture shock for many non Koreans.
