Pros

Good environments, decent benefits, good team leaders but depends on the team you are assigned to

Cons

Too many mettings, the work flow is unified across the teams but is not efficient and leave no room for customization, too many compulsory courses that are pointless

Pros

They offer a nice discounts on products. They offer free lunch every day (although the American side was not good, I often brought my own lunch).

Cons

I was hired as a senior manager and was being paid accordingly. Once on scene, they switched it to covering for someone who was going on disability. There was no onboarding at all, just learn tasks. The job itself was very complicated and so many layers. To be honest, having trained people for more than 20 years, I don't see how you can actually train someone to do this job. After 5 or 6 years, the senior people still had so many questions. Before my 90 day probation was up, I was let go for NOT doing senior manager work (which I was never given). They were hiring more and more people and they had nothing to do. One guy just sat at his desk for literally 8 hours staring at his hands because he didn't have a laptop to work with. When I left they had about 6 new hires with nothing to do. A rumor I heard was when one former manager wanted to transfer to another division, he was told no, he couldn't he needed to stay put. He resigned instead.
