Great workplace, but communication could improve - Social Media LERMA/ Employee Review

Great company to work in. It’s a fun environment. I am proud of the work we do.

No cons. Nothing that stands out.

It’s in a great location, the office is large although a lot of empty spaces.

Micromanagement is common, and there’s very little transparency with employees. Layoffs happen frequently, and leadership often comes across as out of touch and at times misogynistic. Training and professional development are minimal, the benefits and pay are underwhelming, and the quality of work feels unprofessional. Advancement opportunities are limited, so it’s easy to feel stuck in the same role for years—if you aren’t laid off first. I would not recommend working here. Work life balance is non existent and they do not embody the culture they speak about.
