Pros
The sense of family amongst the employees. If it weren't for my fantastic coworkers this place would not have been tolerable.
Cons
First and foremost, the pay, How can an employee with over 7 years experience be paid $11 an hour. When LERETA would have their "town hall" meetings, the employees would practically beg for a cost of living raise. Most of these people haven't had a raise in more than 10 years. Secondly is the leadership. Management has no idea what goes on "in the trenches" so to speak. Not that they need to know how to do everything, but at least they would know the processes in place, or when they make an unexpected change, how it will impact the staff. Lastly is the workload. There are employees who are working 60-80 hour weeks with no letup. They are tired, burned out and ready to walk. Management makes no plans to hire additional employees or to even make being hired by the company more attractive. They have had people walk away from offers because they were a joke.
