Pros
If you are lucky and have right team to work with there is good place to work, and there are some, but some of them are a nightmare.
Cons
The company is based on relatives; more than 80% are related: husband and wife, uncle and nephew, so on...everyone you ask says that he got there through someone…Be very caution who you talk to. If you do not have someone to cover your back, you will be out in a few months. Permanent positions are given to related people; are very young, without experience and lazy. Temporary workers are like "experiment rats", no life for them, under huge pressure, threatening them, are watched all the time…..while permanent people are always busy with betting or Facebook. One said….I do not care, I am PERMANENT, and none can do anything to me :) STAY AWAY from women supervisors, men are spot on. Unreal targets, each job has its time to accomplish, if not you will be in trouble. There is no real trainers, an experience worker is not a trainer, has not the basic skill to explain a process… It is up to the Team leaders if you stay or if you go, not the management...they are playing with you saying...we will keep you, we let you go...
