I've really enjoyed my time at LEAP thus far. The company has a strong culture of collaboration, and the people here are genuinely supportive. The teamwork I've seen here has made a difference in how we work and solve problems together.
One of the biggest positives for me has been the opportunity for growth. Since joining, I’ve been able to develop my skills, take on new challenges, and advance in my role. I’ve also seen many colleagues grow within the company, which says a lot about how LEAP invests in its people.
Like any company, there are areas that can always improve, but leadership is open to feedback and makes an effort to create a good work environment. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place where they can grow and work with a solid team.
Cons
Like many Saas companies, the pace at which initiatives and projects need to be rolled out and implemented is very fast, so you have to get used to that and learn to manage deadlines and grow your planning and efficiency skills.
