      Nice that this company offers staff room to grow and treats employees with respect and product/sales/tech training. Salary and benefit package includes employer contributions for health care and 401k as well as profit sharing and bonuses. Company always looking for new innovations and growing so a good time to get in on the ground floor and prosper.

      Limited options to work from home. (weather, illness)

      Pros

      Very friendly atmosphere and the group is small enough that we can all get together at the same time and enjoy each other's company. Great Management Team

      I drive 60 miles round trip 5 days a week.

      There were no pros for me

      My first 2 days were spent watching orientation videos, 1 day was spent moving our department, and countless downtime for installation of programs needed to perform my job, I was let go from my position because I was to slow and not a good fit!? How is anyone a good fit in such a short period of time, and how fast is a person in training expected to be?!
