      Dealing with retailers in the field.

      Cons

      Poor management. Company sets a financial plan which affects your bonus every November based on what they think the projected sells for the coming year should be, without any deviation or fluctuation. Not an overall team player with employees.

      I believe LDF Companies is the best alcohol/non alcohol distributor to work for in the state of KS/ Wichita Metro. The company as a whole is growing and has one the best portfolio of brands to offer. The pay is fair and the work is fair. Pros: - Pay - Culture - Benefits
