I love my job! - Assessment Manager/Program Developer LDA Minnesota Employee Review

LDA offers the opportunity to have very flexible scheduling that can be built around current needs. The rest of the staff are professional and friendly. I feel valued and respected for my contributions to LDA. I find the materials/reports we provide to clients to be extremely thorough. Hourly pay is great.

The only down side I can think of is that some reports take much longer to write than others, but to balance that management is willing to compensate when reports are particularly long.

While working at LDA I felt that management and leadership where very supportive and helpful while also giving their employees autonomy and independence. The flexible hours were great as a part time job and I always felt I had support when needed to conduct and review assessments to the best of our ability. I would recommend LDA as an excellent place of employment and also as a great service for people needing various services for learning disabilities.

As a part time job, I can't remember experiencing any cons. I would love to continue working with LDA if I still lived in Minnesota.
