      - Friendly passionate people - Interesting projects - Distinctive landscape/people led culture - Flexible working options

      Cons

      - Far too top-heavy with partners/associates - Very little investment/training for more junior staff - Poor benefits (no profit share, basic salary etc) creates disparity between partners and staff - Lack of good administrative support for consultants

      Employee Owned, Great projects, Good nice staff. Met some great people here.

      Cons

      Male- workaholic culture, limited career progression/ slow to promote. High expectations in terms of overtime. Glass ceiling for part-time or female employees in my experience.
