Drama-free work place, management did their fair share of the work load, there were always work events to look forward to, everyone truly cared about each other.

No real training for the position so it was difficult to catch on.

Decent time off, great medical benefits for employees.

Poor management, mid-grade software, blatant favoritism to employees that let their work fall on others. Peer to peer discrimination and out in the open jealousy with emploees condescending one another in front of other staff. Departmental favoritism. Inability to confide in management regarding office/staff issues.
