Pros

Wonderful people, great manager - Andrea. Excellent training in liquor, wine, & beer.

Cons

Unethical policy of requiring new employees to pay a percentage of the cost of the customer's purchase if when charging a customer they make a mistake and the purchase doesn't go through. Most companies include new employee mistakes as operating costs, and LCBO should too. To take money from employees making 20 or so dollars an hour is, to me, a financial crime. Do they dock the pay of a manager, or of the CEO when he makes a mistake? Sounds outrageous, right?
