Not systematized - Anonymous employee LBC Express Employee Review

Very lenient management, no policies or at the least not well/firmly implemented if ever there is, hence not organized. There is no cohesion among departments and would implement individual and not even integrated softwares depending on what is the preference of their respective heads. Full of negativity: almost everyone has negative things to say regarding each other may it be with other departments or within their own departments.
