Pros

Great environment if you're learning english, some work-buddies are really nice and outgoing. Some clients they work for are really nice and fun to talk to.

Cons

This is an American company that employs people from a different country, you can obviously expect a really low pay from them (considering how much money is at stake). It's like if they looked up "what is the least that we are legally obliged to give an employee", and that is what they give to you. They say it's a Work-From-Home thing, but they are 24/7 checking on you, not letting you breathe, constantly asking you why are things not done, or asking to jump on a random meeting, not caring about your time nor your needs. They frown upon closing your computer EOD, as they expect you work extra as a "free thing", when the company's guidelines says otherwise. You can expect from them to have a friendly welcoming, giving you some basic training, and after a couple of months, the workload increases drastically, expecting you to "rise" above the challenge. BE CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE ANY MISTAKES, as they do not tolerate ANY! (They say they do, but just you wait until they send a "please join" meeting). They will make sure to point out every single mistake, over your hard work, which they will use against you when you ask for your "career path". They mention career growth opportunities, but what does that mean to them? I don't think they even know. As they reward your hard work with more work, knowing that it takes longer to complete, yet still getting bothered when you close your computer when the day ends. And don't even THINK about letting them know if you feel uncomfortable or if something is bothering you, they will do absolutely nothing. Instead, the superiors will talk to each other, knowing that you are a "complainer". They don't want complainers, they want something as close to a robot as possible. As for PTO, they find any excuse available to give you the least amount of days possible, making it impossible to ask for them and have horrible organizational skills to organize them. This makes it hell to ask for some well-deserved time off. If you are not a complainer, if you are ready to invest most of your time working, if you have no vacations planned in the next 2 years, and can do things quickly, "please join" them.

Pros

Working at LawRank has been an experience where I truly feel like I can grow, problem solve, be creative, think critically, and succeed based on the effort I put in (which you don't get at every company). I love our In House SEO team and world class Developers and feel they work so hard and are incredibly talented and intelligent - which makes LawRank's services an easy product to stand behind. You do have to be able to handle and know how to converse with attorneys and firm owners in person and via Zoom calls (from someone just starting a firm, to large "mammoth" law firms.) This takes an interest in the problems that firms of all sizes have and how marketing can play a part in their business growth, as well as being able to have a normal conversation and cultivate relationships. Even though our sales team is small and fully remote, I’ve always felt connected and am comfortable asking for help or support when I need it. There are also plenty of opportunities to travel to conferences if you want them, and it’s an incredible opportunity to be able to connect further with our sales team in person, meet clients and prospective clients in person, and begin to establish yourself amongst the industry and get to know the broader legal vendor community. Travel can definitely be tiring, but LawRank has always made a point to ensure that I feel comfortable and safe, which I appreciate more than I can express. I've had the opportunity to travel to some really amazing cities, organize dinners with clients and attorneys, and be included in some really fun events where you can get to know the legal industry (and they can get to know you) so much more than you would on Zoom. I've worked in the legal marketing industry before, and the services that LawRank provides are SO much easier to stand behind and sell. The Co-Founder and President of the company is well loved, respected, and known in the industry - which is incredible. You are encouraged to "be yourself" (truly) in your style of sales and relationship building and it's been nice having that freedom of creativity. For example, I was able to create my own instagram for LawRank and post and engage there to have another direct way to connect. Overall, it’s a place where you can truly grow, be supported, and feel confident in the services you represent. For one of the first times in my life, I'm SUPER proud to tell people where I work and what I do when they ask.

Cons

Travel is a pro and con (con because...well travel/airports/time away from home), but ultimately it's such a good opportunity to meet firm owners in person and build relationships that the benefits COMPLETELY outweigh the "costs" for me. You have to know what you are getting into when you are talking with attorneys - they do have strong personalities and you can't let one bad Zoom call with a sour personality or someone with a different mindset than you ruin your day/your flow. Legal marketing (legal SEO/websites/paid ads) is a space filled with many agencies of all sizes, tenure, and skill levels. While VERY few have built the reputation and has the solid track record of results that LawRank has, the volume of available options can make the services appear "interchangeable". Firm owners often interview multiple agencies (this is to be expected) and owners inexperienced with agency partnerships tend to gravitate toward the least expensive solution, assuming the outcome will be the same. This can be frustrating - but just shows that you have to continually sharpen your skills, network and cultivate relationships, and become more knowledgable in this role. Definitely come in confident in the services and the quality LawRank provides as an agency, but don't come in expecting sales to be easy! There is a learning curve and services and different markets are NOT "cut and dry" - come in expecting to learn the nuances and continue to learn.

Pros

As a Client Success Manager at LawRank for more than a year, I can genuinely say that, for the first time in a long time, I am truly happy where I work. Finding a company where professional fulfillment aligns with an amazing culture is rare, and LawRank has it. The work environment here is great. The team is super supportive and consistently maintains a positive, can-do attitude. Colleagues are always willing to step up and help each other out. The ability to work from home makes a huge difference in work-life balance. LawRank is a company that genuinely cares about its employees and continually seeks ways to improve and grow. If you are looking to be part of a team that is not only dedicated to client success but is also deeply committed to fostering an internally positive and collaborative atmosphere, I highly recommend LawRank. I'm proud to be a part of this team.

Cons

Rapid Growth: As a fast-growing company, the workload can increase and be demanding, requiring adaptability. Benefits: Since LawRank is relatively new, the employee benefits and perks are still growing/being rolled out. Limited Growth: Because the company is small and scaling, growth opportunities (e.g., new senior roles) are currently limited. However, given the fast pace of growth, I believe these will develop rapidly in the near future.
