-The company matches 401(k) contributions. -No bachelor's degree is required for higher positions. -Not hard to get a promotion.
Cons
-There's no bonus for anything (Rate/Progress/Goals). -It's hard (impossible) to get a salary increase. - There is such lack of quality and poor decision-making by administrative personnel. -No opportunity for growth.
