Pros
LABUR really values the culture in the office. Having team lunches together or going to spin classes with your coworkers is a good way to take a mental break from the work we're doing in the office, and it’s great getting to know them a bit better outside of the work environment. That translates into the office and motivates you to really put in the work and satisfy the people you're working with. That's big for me. Another pro is the emphasis on developing relationships with our candidates. For me – not really having many connections at the beginning – I've been able to develop relationships with hundreds of people. We check in on them with every new role that we get, which I just think is really professional and means a lot to our candidates. It always makes me happy when I'm on the phone and people are speaking highly of working with LABUR and excited to have us on the phone with them again.
Cons
No cons come to mind. I’ve really enjoyed my time here on co-op and am excited for what I’ll be doing during the rest of my time here. It’s given me a new avenue to learn new things, continue to grow, and also better myself for when I enter the real world outside of school.
