Pros
The office design is inventive and fun, and helps to create what should be an engaging, professional work environment.
Cons
A lot of wasted potential here. Ownership is split between husband and wife so it's branded internally as a tight, "family" owned business but the "family" here does not include the employees. The culture established by the owner is pretentious. Take a look at the titles they use...a Sr. Digital Experientialist? Are you serious? Spell check doesn't even know what this is. Look at the positive or semi-positive reviews and you'll see most of these are posted by entry-level interns who are trying to be "nice" in hopes of staying cozy with ownership for what could be the only job offer coming their way in a tight job market. It's all smoke and mirrors here. Staff turnover? Got that too...it's churn and burn here baby. Advice...peel below the layers of fluff and style, and talk to others who have worked here for longer than a couple of years. Clue: good luck finding anyone who stayed that long.
