Strong CEO, less political and promotions based on merit, results driven culture but still laid back for work life balance
Cons
Can be slow moving to adopt new technology depending on business line and also hard to get promotions quickly or based on results alone (mostly tenure based promo eligibility first and then results). This leads to Challenge for leaders to retain young and energetic Engineering talent
