Pros
A handful of people made the office fun and a paycheck. Other than that I couldn't name another positive outcome from my time with L2T. Well, maybe just the fact that they'll hire almost anyone straight out of college. At least then you could use that experience to go somewhere where they appreciate good work and bosses that appreciate their employees.
Cons
- Pay is well below industry standards. - Workload and life balance is non-existent - Shady benefits...If you decide to work here make sure they explain every detail to the letter. You may even want to consult with a lawyer to make sure you're not in the "indentured servant" category. Oh, and good luck deciding whether or not you wanna take a sick day or have vacation time. Think about that next time you come down with scarlet fever. - Where is all the money going?! Seriously. If L2T is a growing agency, why don't you pay employees more. - They encourage being "though leaders" in the industry. How about putting it into practice through innovative products. - Miss a deadline, because you had 500 tasks (literally) to finish, because a sales rep across the country wants a report so that they can get that next commission check? Yes, it's all your fault. And they'll spend no time letting you know.
