      Pros

      I have been very fortunate to work for such an ethical, forward-thinking and caring company. Over my 7 years with L'Occitane I have had the opportunity to develop within the company and myself, they are extremely supportive and genuinely want the best for all their employees.

      Cons

      We have a much smaller work force compared to other Retail companies in the industry, which at times does have it's challenges.
