      Competitive pay, knowledgeable people, good products

      Cons

      You need to do a lot to move - They are very content to allow many people to sit in the same job for a long time - understandable, but I think they take advantage of it too much. No opportunity for anyone under the level of manager to bonus so they definitely don't share the wealth.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
