      Nice discount. Pays higher than other retailers.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expected to go above and beyond to meet sales goals while keeping up with insane amount of brand standards. Corporate visits every few months with little to no warning, causing a panic from upper management like regional managers, district managers, and store managers.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
