      Pros

      The discount! Employees receive a 40% discount at all brand stores. This discount even applies to gift card purchases. The company does like to promote from within. Also, relocation benefits are excellent for corporate employees.

      Cons

      If hired in certain departments (such as internal audit), it can be very difficult to transfer out into operations or into another department within the corporate office.

      Pros

      If you are smart and willing to do whatever it takes, you will get promoted. If you find the right mentor, your development will be a priority. If you love retail, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Hope you get lucky with your manager and director and VP because if you end up in the wrong department on the wrong category, the environment is toxic.
