Refuse to employ staff and expect everyone to take 3 people's role. Low pay. No baclup when staff takes long holiday or served SHN and when things happened, blame it on staff. No business directives. Provided possible solutions to improve income but was told they do not do that cos it was never done. Saying the team is bad but only say we are good after we started leaving 1 by 1.
