Pros
It's remote and you get health insurance.
Cons
Do not work here if you are UX. No resources or budget or processes. No access to users. Bringing up limitations gets you blamed for making excuses. Managers and PMs do the bare minimum and are rarely available. When they are, you get told to try harder or nothing can be done so suck it up. Very hostile and toxic communication styles. Super high turnover. The longest employees are either the managers who do no work and have the little guys to blame, or little guys who are in a binding contract rather than FTE. No one feels safe bringing up issues because they know they'll be met with a hostile or accusatory response. Management is literally delusional and claims there are no issues and believe the high turnover is due to anything but them. We work with a lot of teams in India and closed-door conversations are dehumanizing and exploitative of real employees. Please avoid at all cost for your mental health or have a exit strategy in place.
