Pros

You’ll gain experience by wearing a lot of hats. You will be forced to work an entirely unrelated job without warning because the CEO/COO don’t know how to run a company to save their lives. Read the cons carefully. You do not want to work for this nepotistic nightmare of an organization.

Cons

- Unprofessional and juvenile COO who contributes less than nothing to the company and enjoys bullying everyone but their spouse (CEO) - ZERO accountability from C-suite execs. You will be blamed for everything that goes awry. - CEO talks the talk about having the resources to help teams but never delivers or just completely ignores proposals - Constant micromanaging and blocking of ideas that would actually make Kyla relevant in healthcare - The pay is NOT competitive. You will be expected to take on various responsibilities above your pay grade; if you question them, you will be vaguely threatened with termination. - Expect to create hour by hour daily reports with proof of your work which will be audited - Don’t expect to get any time off, and if you’re sick, you will be expected to make up missed time EVEN IF YOU ARE A SALARY EMPLOYEE. ***

Pros

They show you what you not buy! They will say anything to get your money They have been working on this from the Ukraine for 6 years and it still does not work. They pay lots of people in the Ukraine, and the run rate has lots of questions. Where do you get your $$ every month?

Cons

The ownership and software do not work. These personnel know that it has no interface and no clients, yet they want paid $$ upfront to diagnose patients with a AI pitch that they can make an extra $235 per visit. What billing code is that? "if you buy it $$ will just come in" Its fraud and they know it and intentionally lie to consumers. That's dangerous. What if their Chat GPT is wrong The competition is less $$, established, has an interface into an EMR and is ethical, and they have clients, not testimonials from their employees. Real doctors, not dope surfers advising the healthcare of consumers with no proof. Tech support is non existent. They advertise and charge for it, but nobody answers the phone
