Used to be great culture but all started going wrong around 2 years ago with waves of redundancies and greed.

Refuse to employ people in EU - instead take them on illegally as self employed contractors but give them email address and paid holiday, but when Idealista have pulled out of the deal, they sack a load of people and we have nothing!

Remote working, mainly good people, fair benchmarked salaries.

Some sneaky players playing their own game and getting away with it unnoticed. People at the top are not as they seem, not living by their values, instead making rash poor decisions. Refusing to employ people properly. Disappointing and unsettling environment.
