pro family, private/SMALL company that closes at 5pm everyday, mostly nice co-workers, great place if you don't want a career but only a job.
Cons
not a place if you want opportunities for growth/career stimulation. A lot of "golden people/favorites" for a small company that if you aren't one of these people, forget about recognition and further advancement, as well as support from management.
