      Pros

      Higher pay than most places in the area. Coworkers are good. Discount on food while working. High safety standards

      Cons

      Management can be inexperienced and the turnover rate of employees is high. Many issues get put on individuals rather than the company, which lowers morale. Hours can be rough and they will start scheduling you more shifts than requested if you don't speak up about it.
