Pros
The 40% profit sharing is very nice. This company follows worker and safety regulations well and is probably a better place to work than many warehouse style jobs.
Cons
The job is really physical and absurdly fast paced, probably 30% of new hires just straight up walk off the job because of how difficult it is. You'll definitely be overworked here. Training was awful. Just 8 hours of videos, then they stick you with someone who didn't know they'd be training you that day and you try to keep up. This company in general also tries really hard to be a cult. One training video is some country singer giving speeches where he literally says things like "only real men believe in God" and "If a man signs your check you owe that man your life." No one buys into it except upper management but it is still off putting.
