      Pros

      Best thing about Kwik Trip is we work hard and the worst thing about about Kwik Trip is we work hard. 40% year-end profit sharing and quarterly safety bonuses.

      Cons

      Schedules are hard to manage family life. Kwik Trip is a 24-7 company. As a driver we have a little more flexibility with scheduling but it's still tough. Majority of tractor trailers are powered by CNG.
