Pros
This company has given me the opportunity to grow and have coworkers that are like family to me. I just love how close I have become with all of my coworkers.
Cons
Sometimes we can be short staffed and that puts a burden on being able to fully train others correctly with everyday tasks, which makes the workplace quite stressful. Also sometimes it's hard to have a set schedule. I can be there until 10 pm the night before and be asked to come back in at 6 am.
