      Pros

      Pretty solid place as a career starter if you're into web development. They've got smart people who you can learn a lot from. The internship program was pretty well planned too (although not exactly executed as planned).

      Cons

      No teaching of agile methodologies or workflows. A lot of the stuff was left to us to figure out by ourselves.
