      Your working in your house and the company pay the internet

      Cons

      You will never have a salary increase, they never answered whether or not you could ask for a salary increase and finally they fired 40 people from technical areas the same week, the day they announced hiring a person for culture

      Cons

      It’s not a safe place to work. Growth is largely limited to those who are close to leadership; otherwise, you’re constantly at risk of being let go. The organizational culture is their biggest weakness.
