      Pros

      Outstanding benefits package including the best 401K match I have ever seen and very affordable healthcare. Kumon believes in developing employees and devotes significant time and resources to professional growth. It feels good to be part of a company that exists to promote learning for our students. The people I work with seem to truly buy in to the mission.

      Cons

      Kumon is a mix of Corporate staff and Franchisees. It is sometimes challenging for everyone to be on the same page due to differences in perspective.

      Pros

      Contributing to an educational environment, work didn't require any prior experience.

      Cons

      Management consistently took in more kids than the employees had capacity for, which lead to a lot of crunch for what should have been a straightforward task. The amount of work we were required to do did not scale with the $8 an hour I was receiving.
