Unprofessional management leads to confusion and frustration - Art Teacher Kumon Employee Review

Boss was very unprofessional. Didn’t inform me that I had to come 15 minutes earlier. When I came for trial teaching, only showed me where the material is and goes back to her lesson. Didn’t really brief me or the students what to do. I was really confused. Ask me to do a mock up artwork but ended up didn’t teach cause students weren’t interested.
