Pros

Good at current IT teammates. They are pleased to share technologies and skills. Team spirits are strong. If you don't mind busy works, you will learn a lot in short time here. However, not too much OT here.

Cons

Ex-IT teammates did not handover well and need more time to discover unknown stuffs. Many user support cases report and not easy to kill them all. No single hardware vendor to support fault parts replacement. IT need to handle phone system and card system, which is originally handle by admin department.

Pros

Good colleague only other team members.

Cons

These behaviours are indeed common characteristics of bad bosses in the workplace, which will have a serious impact on the morale and working atmosphere of the team. The following are the specifics of these behaviours: cons. 1. *Increased pressure*: shirking responsibility will put unnecessary pressure on employees. 2. *Trust breakdown*: Emotional extortion makes employees feel uneasy and affects the sense of trust. 3. *Responsibility confusion*: Asking subordinates to point out mistakes is actually evading one's own responsibility. 4. *Low morale*: Blind accusations and dismissals will lead to low morale and even affect the performance of the whole team. 5. *Communication barrier*: Not paying attention to colleagues and subordinates will cause poor communication and affect cooperation. 6. *Cultural distortion*: cynicism will form a negative work culture. 7. *Vicious circle*: Small things are amplified, leading to greater contradictions and problems. 8. *Power out of control*: The tolerance of the upper class will tolerate misconduct and further weaken the healthy functioning of the organisation.
