They look up to their teachers and form quick bonds. - Administrative support with immigration, and lots of friends to help with adjusting to life in Japan, if you are joining as a foreigner. - Beautiful location; outdoor space on the rooftop. - Wages are very competitive! - The staff are very artistically talented and inspiring. - Parents are appreciative and kind.

Working in an early childhood setting requires a lot of energy and the ability to think on one's feet and be flexible. You must always think several steps ahead about children's safety, about their best interests, and you must be communicative, neat, responsible, and always have a positive forward-facing demeanor. This can be difficult so this type of work isn't for everyone, but the challenges at Kspace are not unique to this school. They are universal, in my opinion.
