*people first mindset at SPB * a lot of freedom in your schedule * good training program if followed * great management team * the team of district managers were always willing to help and support each other
Cons
* the pay it’s very low for everyone resulting in high turnover * training program, not followed * unfortunately the value that was followed most with CYOA instead of people first * HR investigations seem to be nonexistent * 24/7 job * The insurance is horrible and it’s very expensive
