worst experience I ever had - BDM Kryptos Consulting Services Employee Review

Good learning experience especially you are a fresher or a person to learn/deal with many & major issues.If you are into windows/exchange you will be the best in the industry within short span of time.Increments are above industry par for the right person.Top level management are good.

Silly!Silly!Silly politics, person who doesn't know anything will be leading sorry dominating(even dictating) you like a slave.Sometimes most senior person will be playing politics even to the entry level L0 candidate. Partiality shown on shift timing & weekly off as whole office works for 8.30 hrs per day with 2 saturday week off but only the support person will be working 9 hours per week with one week off and 10 hours during night shift which is a clear breach of indian labor law.

Good for a fresher in Microsoft platform

When you join Kryptos you will realize what is going on within a month. There will be more politics for giving opportunities to a employee. Single person will handle more than 2 projects at a time and other person won't get any thing to work just only for training. Manager doesn't seem to know how to utilize the resources, Company will give high package to people who is not working , it's like just coming , sitting and taking training's. Manager is not having good relation with all the employees. There won't be any benefits but they will ask you to work 24/7. No appreciation just chastise . You won't get the increment if you even work for more than a year. If you are not interested in Microsoft don't even try for this company, it won't be good for your future and career.
