Pros
Has a big vision to unlock the potential of connected devices. Very ambitious plans. Is hiring some great people, both on the engineering side as well as the commercial side. Very values driven and full of people who feel the mission deeply.
Cons
Still engineering led and working to build out its commercial team. Team is spread across Seattle, New Zealand and Sydney and coordination needs some work especially with new people coming on board.
